Update: Batch Processing is Live! (Plus a Service Fix & New Ways to Connect)

Hey everyone,

Zero Lu here, founder of thesorawatermarkremover.com. I’m writing today with a few important updates: a quick explanation regarding a recent hiccup, and the launch of two new features to improve your experience.

1. Clearing up the "Insufficient Credits" Error

First, let’s address the elephant in the room. If you were using the site recently (around 12 hours ago), you might have run into a scary-looking error message that said:

"The current credits are insufficient. Please top up."

I want to personally apologize if this caused you any panic! This was not an issue with your account balance.

The "insufficient credits" referred to our server-side GPU credits, not yours. We essentially ran out of gas on our end because of high traffic. We fixed it immediately, topped up our resources, and everything is running smoothly again. Sorry for the interruption!

2. New Feature: Batch Processing!

Now for the fun part. We know many of you have large libraries of video to process, and doing it one by one is a pain.

We just pushed a new update: Batch Processing.

How it works: Simply click the new "Batch" tab on the homepage.
The limit: Paid users can now process up to 5 video links simultaneously.

We hope this saves you a massive amount of time.

3. A Better Way to Give Feedback

We are building this tool for you, so your input is incredibly valuable to us. We wanted to make it easier for you to reach us without leaving the page.

You will now see a feedback icon at the bottom right of your screen.

If you spot a bug, have a suggestion for a new feature, or just want to tell us how we're doing, simply tap that icon to send a message directly to the team. We read everything!
